If you’ve been following our journey on Instagram, you’ve seen these pictures. This post compiles all our recipes and gives you an entire week of Whole 30 meals- breakfast, lunch and dinner! These meal ideas complete our second week of January Whole 30.
Starting Whole 30 can be overwhelming because it forces you to change a lot of your regular menu routine. For that reason, we complied our meals for an entire week to give you a quick reference and plenty of meal inspiration. Leave us any questions you may have in the comments or if you have a Whole 30 recipe you’d like us to try, we’d love to!
New to Whole 30? Check out these posts to get started:
Left over breakfast casserole
This baby lasted my husband and I a whole week. It is large but will feed a family. Strangely enough he and I didn’t tire of it and it was so nice to open the fridge to breakfast already made. For full recipe click here.
Sweet Potato Toast BCTA (bacon, chicken, tomato, avocado)
I loved this combo and think that BCTA should really become a thing.
Spaghetti Squash and Meat Balls
A giant plate of veggies with Adells chicken apple sausage
On this plate I have potatoes, carrots, onion, broccoli, sausage and avocado. At this point I think I was getting tired of eating eggs.
Chicken and veggie stir-fry
I seasoned this with fresh ginger, garlic and coconut aminos. If you’ve not tried coconut aminos, you should. I prefer it to regular soy sauce any day. It has less of a salty taste and is slightly sweet.
Tuscan Chicken over Spaghetti Squash
I had a similar meal over the holidays that I really enjoyed and wanted to make it Whole30 compliant. For full recipe click here.
Roasted potato with sautéed veggies, sausage and salsa.
I cut up the potatoes and placed them on a cookie sheet to roast them. While the potatoes were cooking I sautéed up bell peppers, onion, and chicken apple sausage. Once the potatoes were cooked I topped them with salsa and then the veggies. So good! And again, eggless.
Eating out while on Whole30 can be extremely difficult but this day landed on a Saturday and my husband and I had planned a day date. Thankfully Chipotle is fairly Whole3o compliant. Not everything on their menu works but I was as happy as can be with their carnitas and guacamole. Don’t you wish everyones servings of guacamole were as generous as Chipotle? Because I do.
Thai Beef Slow Cooker Stew
This meal was amazing! I will be adding it to my regular dinner rotation during my “life after whole 30”. For the Full recipe click here
Roasted potato with sautéed veggies and bacon
I cut up the potatoes and placed them on a cookie sheet to roast them. While the potatoes were cooking I sautéed up bell peppers, onion, and bacon. Once the potatoes were cooked I poured everything on top. So good! And again, eggless.
Salmon lettuce boats
I have eaten these a few times during the whole 30 journey because they are fast and delicious. I mix the salmon with Whole30 Mayo, green onion, celery, salt and pepper. Let’s talk about canned Salmon– They are NOT created equal. They are also not the same price. Some are SO expensive. I actually saw some for 6 dollars a can. ugh. This brand is by far my favorite in taste and price. Don’t think you like canned salmon? Try this one before you rule it out!
Roast beef with mashed potatoes and pear pecan salad
I seasoned this beef with Montreal beef seasoning. The mash potatoes were seasoned with garlic, ghee and coconut milk. The salad was a mixture of romaine lettuce and spinach with pear and pecans. I made a quick salad dressing by mixing balsamic vinegar with olive oil and pepper.
2 sunny side up eggs, Pico de Gallo, avocado, and a spinach and arugula salad with cherry tomatoes, snap peas, almonds, and a lemon vinegar with extra virgin olive oil.
Sometimes “simple” tastes the best! I woke up and was craving vegetables, so that was a new thing for me… and this breakfast was the result.
Leftover Cabbage Roll Soup with orange slices.
This soup is delicious, compliant, makes a ton, and so filling. I was able to make a batch and eat it for a couple days plus freeze a bunch for later! Check out the recipe here.
Paleo Chicken Pad Thai
Do you love Chicken Pad Thai? I looove it! Whether or not you are on Whole 30 you need to try this guilt free Whole 30 version of Pad Thai.
This dish is topped with cashews, chives, cilantro and lime. Spaghetti squash replaces the noodles, and fried egg replaces the Tofu. Check out the recipe here
Whole 30 Crustless Quiche with blackberries and carrots
The beauty of this dish is it is so versatile and it can be made in advance! This particular quiche had zoodles, red peppers, onions, garlic, and ham in it and it was delicious – plus I ate it for 3 days worth of breakfasts!

Baked Snow Crab with melted Ghee and Salad
Baked snow crab with melted ghee for dipping and a salad with cherry tomatoes, avocado, cashews, and lemon vinaigrette. Crab is so good for you and so quick to cook! I buy it when Costco has a good deal on and it lasts in the freezer for a long time.
BBQ Flank Steak with Salt and Pepper, Roasted Potatoes with Thyme, Sauteed Mushrooms, Brussel Sprouts and Salad
This was a Sunday night dinner at my Mom and Dad’s house and my Mom made a totally Whole 30 compliant meal. No one can say that you don’t eat well on Whole 30!
Whole 30 Breakfast Sandwich
Breakfast Sandwiches are one of my favourite non Whole 30 breakfasts so I decided to make one that was compliant.
Two large pieces of white sweet potato toast act as the bread, and guacamole (made with avocado, compliant salsa, and lime) replace the cheese, then of course a couple of fried eggs and ham! This tasted great, and it was quick to make just like my usual breakfast sandwiches.
Whole 30 Chicken Pot Pie Soup
I decided to make this soup after seeing tons of rave reviews for it in my Whole 30 group and it did not disappoint.
It is super good and really filling – for Whole 30 just substitute snap peas for regular peas.
Check out the recipe here.
Baked Cod with Chimichurri sauce and Salad
Have you tried Chimichurri sauce? It is so good! Every time I get to the stems of my parsley and cilantro I whip up a batch in the food processor. It’s yummy on steak, chicken, or fish.
The salad pictured below was made with the sweet kale blend from Costco, strawberries, avocado, pumpkin seeds, and lemon balsamic vinegar and olive oil. So fresh!
Here’s my favourite Chimichurri Sauce Recipe:
1/2 cup of Parsley
1/2 cup of Cilantro
Tbsp of finely chopped onion
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 garlic clove
Pinch of red pepper flakes
1 tsp of kosher salt
1/4 tsp of black pepper
1/3 cup of olive oil
Put all ingredients except olive oil in the food processor and pulse until combined.
Slowly pour olive oil into food processor to combine (3 or 4 pulses).
Spoon over cooked meat of your choice.
